ELECTRO-DUCT PLASTIC WIRING DUCT
Features designed for speed, easy installation and assembly include:
- Mounting slots on all sizes of duct. Two sizes of oblong mounting holes alternating on 2 inch centers.
- Snap-off side wall fingers. Permits enlarging slot for lead-offs of any size wire or wire bundle. Pre-scored for smooth snap-off surfaces. No tools or cutting required.
- Duct part #s include channel AND cover for easy ordering.
- Standard length 2 meter (6’6”) – 8% more than competitive duct.
- Available in Gray or Pearl White.
Type BA6
Specially compounded high impact rigid vinyl – won’t peel, chip or crack; resists oils, grease, salt solutions, most mildly concentrated acids and fungus; non-flammable (UL 94V-0), warp-proof, non-brittle; high dielectric and will withstand temperatures to 1500C. Sizes from ¾” (wide) x ¾” (high) up to 8” x 2 ½”.
Type DNG
Whi Similar to Type BA6 but fingers are formed with wire-retaining slots. Sizes from ¾” (wide) x ¾” (high) up to 5” x 2 ¾”.
Type HNG
Made from Noryl (a modified polyphenyl oxide) for use where a chlorine-free environment is desired. Wide operating temperature range of -400C to 1250C, with a flammability rating of UL 94V-1. Sizes from 1 ½” (wide) x 1 ½” (high) up to 5” x 2 ¾”.
VK-FLEX MOLDED NYLON WIRING DUCT
Halogen-free, flexible wiring duct especially suited for control panels, distribution equipment, cubicles and other areas where flexibility of design and installation are required. The one-piece design with its overlapping fingers eliminates the separate cover used with conventional duct. The open design allowing for air circulation along with a temperature range of -400C to 1000C makes it particularly useful in enclosed areas where heat build-up may be a problem. UL 94V-0 approved. Sizes from 0.6” high to 1.8” high.
LFR TRUNKING
Flat, single-piece duct made of a strong but flexible PVC material. Delivered rolled flat in 20 meter lengths in a cardboard box requiring minimal storage space. The base is both hole punched and self- adhesive. Sizes from 12mm (wide) x 7mm (high) up to 30mm x 30mm.
